Fun Coast Charters Inc. (FCC) is the marketing and reservations division of the Fun Coast Charter Boat Association. Most of the information on this site is supplied by third party providers, and FCC accepts no responsibility for errors, omissions, inaccuracies or misleading statements which may appear anywhere on this site, whether or not they were supplied by third party providers. The captains, guides, airlines, hotels and car rental companies are third party providers, and FCC has no control whatsoever over their actions or inactions. FCC is not responsible for third party failure to perform, breach of contract, or any action, intentional or negligent which results in any loss, injury, accident, delay or damage to your property or anyone traveling with you, or to the property of that party. FCC cannot and does not guarantee third party reservations, timeliness, employee conduct, or performance of scheduled flights, or availability of hotel and rental cars.

FCC does its best to insure that our captains and guides are the best in the industry and FCC does not assume responsibility for any charters. FCC limits its responsibility to the deposit only. FCC will not be held responsible for any travel or phone expenses.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Volusia County, Florida, in all contingencies and disputes arising from your use of this site or service.

The foregoing terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between you and FCC.
